We have commissioned an iconic single malt from Bimber Distillery in London, that celebrates the opening of Dunphail Distillery and the important role that Bimber’s pursuit of tradition has had in the establishment of Dunphail’s production processes and values. 
 
Dunphail - the inaugural single malt whisky 
 
Founder membership includes a bottle of the first single malt whisky produced at Dunphail. Founder membership is the only way to guarantee obtaining a bottle of this landmark release. 
 
Dunphail - the first peated single malt whisky 
 
Dunphail’s heavily peated single malt whisky will be produced from local peat, floor malted onsite and dried in our traditional kiln. Produced in limited quantities each year – Founders will be the first to obtain a bottle of our highly anticipated, robust, smoky spirit.
 
The Founders’ Casks – Gonzalez Byass Pedro Ximenez and oloroso sherry puncheons 
 
Dunphail Founders will be able to enjoy two exceptional Gonzales Byass sherry casks, sourced from the world-renowned Jerez bodega.
 
Filled early on our journey, these casks will occupy a prominent position in our warehouse as a tribute to the support of our Founders. 
 
Membership includes two single cask, cask strength bottlings - one drawn from a Gonzalez Byass Pedro Ximenez puncheon, and one drawn from a Gonzalez oloroso sherry puncheon.
