DAILUAINE DISTILLERY

50% abv
At the end of the 19th century Dailuaine was the largest

lauter mash tun and operates eight washbacks made from
larch wood. This release has been drawn from a single
Cognac butt and has been bottled at a drinking strength
of 50%.

PALATE: Golden syrup is drizzled over apples and grapes, whilst brandy butter is livened by cask spices – ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg.
