VISITOR CENTRE

Enjoy a warm welcome at the Dunphail Distillery visitor centre, where we offer a wide selection of fine whiskies, official merchandise and gifts. Our exclusive distillery hand-fill is available for visitors wanting to bottle their own whisky straight from the cask.  Refreshments are also offered, featuring a range of whisky and beers, plus cold and hot drinks.

Explore the Art of Traditional

Whisky Making

90 MINS / £30 PER PERSON

Join us for a tour to learn about our traditional distillery and how we craft our single malt whisky. Start by exploring our iconic malthouse, next leading into our main distillery building - the heart of our whisky making - before stepping into our warehouse to enjoy the sight and aromas of our maturing casks.  You will then return to our visitor centre to enjoy some specially selected fine whiskies.

 

Your tour includes:

 

  • Welcome drink

  • An exploration of our unique and traditional distillery, from malting and mashing through to fermentation, distillation and maturation

  • Dramming on tour –sample our two styles of new make spirit whilst exploring Dunphail

  • Tasting – enjoy three fine whiskies that have been specially selected, each with Dunphail Distillery connections

  • Branded Dunphail Distillery tasting glass for you to take away

THE DUNPHAIL DISTILLERY

EXPERIENCE

Persons aged 8 to 18 years old can go on the tour, free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult.

The Dunphail Distillery visitor centre is accessible to all, however some aspects of the distillery tour may be restricted to some guests. If you would like to discuss any specific mobility requirements, to enable us to help you enjoy your visit to the full please email shop@dunphaildistillery.com   


Tours are available Tuesday – Saturday at 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00 

Booking Terms & Conditions

 

  • Tour ticket holders should arrive at the visitor centre at least 10 minutes prior to the time printed on the ticket. Should you miss your allocated time, entry cannot be guaranteed

  • Tickets cannot be exchanged nor money refunded

  • Dunphail Distillery reserves the right to refuse admission to, re-admission to, or request that you leave the premises.  Our visitor centre also operates as a licensed premises for the sale of alcohol

  • Persons aged 8 to 18 years old can go on the tour, free of charge when accompanied and supervised by a paying adult

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited at all times

  • Dunphail Distillery’s visitor centre is pet friendly; please ensure that any pets are under close control at all times. Any inadvertent damage is the liability of the owner

  • Dunphail Distillery’s production areas are controlled working environments - visitors should exercise due care and attention at all times on the tour. Distillery staff may draw your attention to specific health & safety procedures to which you must adhere
