Our enigmatic Speyside Distillery 2007 showcases the fruit-forward, clean and characterful distillate of a distillery that conventionally only bottles single malts aged in sherry casks. This release has been matured in a single hogshead for 14 years before being bottled at natural cask strength.

NOSE: Freshly slices peaches, white grapes, lychee and green apples are joined by toasted cereals, golden syrup, freshly baked brioche and pressed wild flowers.

 

PALATE: Syrupy orchard and yellow fruits sit with stimulating ginger and black pepper, whilst golden barley develops notes of iced buns, candied lemons and sweet bonbons.

 

FINISH: Lingering syrupy fruitiness with delicate asides of elegant wood spice.
